Recentemente encontrei este site absolutamente encontador, que mostra o Projeto Brasil Nota 10. Fica em Passa Quatro, MG. Lá há miniaturas na escala HO (1:87) que representam a história do Brasil. Encantador, mágico, instrutivas e muito bem elaboradas! Também há algumas cenas em tamanho normal. Mais um na lista de lugares a visitar... :)
I have recently come across this absolutely charming website, that shows the work of an educational/touristic project called "Projeto Brasil Nota 10", in a small city in Minas Gerais. In that place there are several different miniature scenes in HO scale (1/87th) that depict the History of Brazil. Charming, magical, educational and very well made! There are also life size scenes too. Another place on my 'to visit' list... :)

Aiinsworld, Miniland, é um parque temático na Coréia do Sul. Todas as contruções lá - reproduções em escala de monumentos em tamanho real do mundo todo - foram feitas na escala 1:24. Elas são tão realistas que é difícil perceber que são miniaturas. Taí um lugar que eu adoraria visitar!
Aiinsworld, Miniland, is a theme park in South Korea. All buildings - reproductions in scale of real, life-size monuments all over the world - are in 1/24th scale. They are so realistic it's hard to tell they are miniatures. That's a place I'd love to visit!

Daí clique nesse botão que indiquei pela seta vermelha na imagem abaixo. Não sei o que está escrito nele, mas abre um álbum com fotos incríveis de lá! Para ver novos álbums (note que cada álbum tem 2 ou 3 páginas na janela que se abre!), clique em outro botão no menu à esquerda da página - qualquer um abaixo do azul/vermelho na imagem abaixo - e faça tudo de novo... Then click on this button I'm pointing with the red arrow in the picture below. I have no idea what is written in it, but it opens a new popup window with a photo gallery with awesome pictures! To see other galleries, (note that each gallery may have 3 or more pages, look at the bottom of the new popup window for navigation arrows), click on another button - like the blue/red one in the image below - on the menu on the left of the page, and repeat the whole process...
O nome é Madurodam (http://www.madurodam.nl/en/). Uma cidade completa com aeroporto, porto, usina de vento (que ecológico!), teatro, galeria de heróis e muito mais. E na escala humana os visitantes contam com restaurantes, hotéis, acessibilidade, e muito conforto. Taí um lugar que eu gostaria de visitar! :)
The name is Madurodam (http://www.madurodam.nl/en/). It's a complete city with airport, port, wind turbines (how green of them!), theater, heroes gallery and lots more. And in life size scale you can enjoy restaurants, hotels, full accessibility for people with disabilities, it all seems very comfy. That's the kind of place I'd love to spend my next vacation at! :)
Se você ama miniaturas, prepare um roteiro diferente nas suas próximas férias! Visite lugares, no Brasil e no Exterior, que tenham parques de miniatura, museus de miniaturas, lojas, feiras, etc. Nada melhor que unir o útil ao agradável, certo? ;) If you love miniatures, why not choose a destination that involves miniatures somehow for your next vacations? Visit places, in your country or abroad, which have miniature related sites: parks, museums, stores, shows, exhibits, etc. Nothing like combining interests, right? ;)
A primeira sugestão é para viajantes internacionais. Fica em Klagenfurt, na Áustria. Lá você pode ver de perto (e de cima!) os monumentos mais famosos da humanidade. Sem ter que dar a volta ao mundo, rsrs... The first suggestion on this series of posts is in Klagenfurt, Austria. There you can see up close (and from a higher point of view!) the most famous landmarks of mankind. No need to travel around the globe to see them all, lol...
